Professional support, rebuilt around intelligent humans and artificial intelligence, delivered to global businesses in every time zone.
What is an adjutrant
ad·ju·trantnoun
From the Latin adiuvare, “to help”: the root that gives us adjutant, the trusted officer at a commander’s side who makes the whole operation run. An adjutrant is that officer for your business — selected from hundreds of applicants, rebuilt from first principles in our boot camp, equipped with two layers of AI on our secure platform, and embedded in your team, where no one can tell them from your own best hires. They take on the work, hold the standard, and strengthen the entire formation. And because every adjutrant is climbing the Commission Path from execution to qualified judgment, the seat in your team gets better every month it is filled.
Intelligent humans
Adjutrants are rigorously selected professionals, trained to documented playbooks and embedded directly in your team: your tools, your systems, your hours. Every adjutrant is dedicated, not pooled. They learn your business and stay with it — and once embedded, no one inside or outside your business can distinguish them from your own full-time employees.
Intelligent humans, supercharged by two layers of AI
In your stack
Fluent in the tools firms already run: practice management, billing, document and workflow systems
Productive from day one, inside your environment and your permissions
SOPs implemented in your business, using the AI tools you already have
Adjutrants make your existing systems work harder, and leave your business more efficient than they found it.
No client data crosses
In ours
Our external AI educates each adjutrant on the business lines and industries their client works in, before and during deployment
Consistency of approach and instant industry context: no management time, a far shorter training curve
Adjutrants develop SOPs for their teams, then carry them into client businesses
It teaches our people about your industry; it never touches your files.
The three moves: learn, leverage, transform
1 · Learn & support
Adjutrants learn your workflows and run them: the same way, each time, every time, with full effort and maximum consistency.
2 · Leverage your AI
They then maximise the AI tools you already own to deliver more with less, inside your systems and your permissions.
3 · Transform
Finally, they hand those AI-enabled and traditional workflow optimisations back: a working model for transforming how your business runs.
The result: real impact
Measured in your numbers, not ours: capacity added, turnaround compressed, cost per seat cut to a fraction of an onshore hire — delivered by people no one can distinguish from your full-time employees. Adjutra support stands behind more than US$20M a year of professional-services revenue today.
The second-order effect: consistency is diagnostic
The impact above has a compounding by-product. Because adjutrants do things identically every time, friction points are revealed and resolved simultaneously, and managers gain clear pathways to greater efficiency across the whole organisation.
The transformation flow
1 · Embedded
An adjutrant works inside your environment, running your workflows the same way, each time, every time — full effort, total consistency, indistinguishable from a full-time colleague.
2 · Your AI, deployed
They put the AI tools you already own to work on those same workflows, inside your systems and permissions.
3 · Automate, supervised
Your AI automates the tasks while the adjutrant validates every output, proving where the automation can be safely relied upon.
4 · Everyone leverages it
Where validation proves reliability, the automation is opened to all your existing employees, with adjutrants supervising to precisely the extent necessary.
What adjutrants run
Adjutrants arrive fluent in the platforms professional firms already run, and slot into your instance with no training overhead.
Practice & matter management
Client intake and onboarding, conflicts checks, matter opening through closure, and case administration — fluent in Intapp (Intake, Conflicts, Time), Clio and comparable practice-management systems, keeping matter records complete and current from day one.
Time, billing & finance
Time capture and narrative hygiene, WIP management, pre-bills, e-billing submissions and collections follow-up — run daily on Elite 3E, Aderant and firm billing stacks, with reporting managers can act on.
Entity & fiduciary administration
Corporate and entity administration for fiduciary and corporate-services teams: statutory registers, filings, minutes and KYC/CDD support — fluent in Quantios (formerly Viewpoint) and comparable entity-management platforms.
Documents, compliance & legal AI
Document production and review support in iManage and NetDocuments, compliance support and periodic reviews, and AI-assisted drafting and research workflows in Harvey and Microsoft 365 Copilot — always under your permissions, always validated by the adjutrant.

The secondment model
The principal goal of every secondment is seamless integration: an adjutrant who operates as a full-time member of your team, the first to put a hand up for the hardest jobs, and unfailing on the routine — so seamlessly that neither colleagues nor clients can tell them apart from your own employees.
A dedicated seat
Each adjutrant is seconded into your team as a named, dedicated seat and operates as a full-time colleague in everything but payroll. You direct the work day to day; they sit inside your workflows, on your hours, taking the hardest jobs while the routine never slips. No one can tell the difference.
We carry the overhead
Adjutra remains the employer of record and handles recruitment, training, quality control, management and cover. You receive one bill at the end of the month and owe no other liability or obligation to anyone we deploy: no HR burden, no benefits administration, no supervision time.
Simple per-seat terms
A flat monthly fee per seat, on fixed-term or 30-day-notice arrangements. Scale up or down as the work demands; cover for leave and a replacement guarantee are built in.
Oversight built in
Founding adjutrants lead the teams, maintain the playbooks and onboard every new seat, so quality is systemic, not personal, and continuity survives any absence.

Founding Adjutrants
Mark B.
Founding Adjutrant
Mark helped launch the Bermuda programme as one of its two founding adjutrants. He came to Adjutra from a commercial career spanning more than six years in account management, sales and customer success for a US logistics-technology company, building long-term client relationships in fast-moving environments. That client-first discipline now anchors the Bermuda desk: dedicated managing-partner support, exacting attention to detail, and a steady hand integrating each new cohort of adjutrants into Adjutra and its clients’ workflows.
Kate M.
Founding Adjutrant
Kate is a founding adjutrant whose craft was honed in high-volume back-office operations: verification and validation, document review and office administration, before three years embedded in offshore legal practice. She extended the programme from Bermuda to clients in Luxembourg, Cayman and Washington, DC, and today runs legal administration, billing, matter management and process improvement for the Cayman teams while training every new adjutrant through onboarding. She is completing a biomedical engineering degree alongside her practice.
Staff Adjutrants
Kaye S.
Staff Adjutrant
A legal assistant with a pre-law degree in philosophy and hands-on court experience, having supported a Philippine court as clerk, preparing and managing case files and legal records. Kaye brings disciplined calendar, correspondence and records management, working fluently across Clio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and modern practice tooling.
Mara F.
Staff Adjutrant
A legal case manager with more than six years supporting US law firms across personal-injury, disability and multi-practice environments, most recently leading a case-management team. Deeply fluent in Clio Manage and Lawmatics, Mara runs full case lifecycles from intake to closure, with automated workflows and exacting deadline control.
Hannah H.
Staff Adjutrant
An executive assistant with law-school training who has supported attorneys and their clients across billing, payments, case preparation and correspondence. Hannah pairs inbox, calendar and bookkeeping discipline with an unusually wide tool range — Clio, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero and DocuSign among them — and a sharp eye for clear, professional client communication.
Prescilla May T.
Staff Adjutrant
A client coordinator with more than eight years in front-line client relations, most recently as first point of contact for a US law firm: managing attorney calendars, intake and case follow-ups, and CRM records with a flawless scheduling record. Before that she ran learner administration, scheduling and Xero invoicing for an Australian training institute.
Irene M.
Staff Adjutrant
Four years inside a high-volume US real-estate brokerage as an inside sales associate, coordinating an average of eight transactions a day from initiation through closing. Irene brings transaction management, document-system discipline, market reporting and the habit of turning raw activity into information managers can act on.
Tifany S.
Staff Adjutrant
A sales-support and service professional for US and Australian businesses: quoting and catalogue administration for a direct-sales client alongside a decade of order processing, claims handling and carrier coordination across FedEx, DHL and UPS. Tifany is exacting on data accuracy and unflappable under queue pressure.
Wynona N.
Staff Adjutrant
An office administrator and former office supervisor who ran confidential records, incident reporting, monthly submissions and staffing coverage for a busy gaming operation, following years as a customer-service subject-matter expert on the Amazon account. Wynona anchors correspondence, filing and reporting with supervisor-grade reliability.
The Commission Path
We hire one in hundreds, then rebuild them from first principles. If you are selected, you will be trained from scratch, tested relentlessly, and set on a career path with no ceiling. This page tells you exactly what that looks like.
Selection
Adjutra works differently from any other company, so we cannot hire for experience alone. We hire for what cannot be taught, and teach everything else.
100s
of applicants compete for every seat we offer. Most fall away before interview.
4
batteries of testing: attention to detail, assimilation into a team, raw intelligence, and the personal drive to succeed
1
offer. If you receive it, you have already outperformed everyone who applied alongside you.
Boot camp
Broken down, built back up
Because no other company works the way we do, every adjutrant is trained from scratch through an in-depth boot camp: habits are stripped out, our playbooks are drilled in, and you emerge doing things the same way, each time, every time. You will be tested daily, corrected constantly and never left to guess at the standard.
A career without a ceiling
You serve serious clients in serious markets from day one, while becoming the best professional you are capable of being. The path runs from administrative execution to internationally certified, qualified judgment — and it breaks the geopolitical and socioeconomic barriers that decide most careers before they start. Where you begin has no bearing on where you finish.
The path: three years, no ceiling
Every adjutrant climbs the same kind of ladder — master a task by hand, deploy AI to do it under your supervision, then move up to the judgment above it — but each progression is tailored to the client and the industry you are deployed into. The example below is a legal services support deployment.
Year 1
Execution & first automation
Learn the work by hand. Earn the right to automate it.
Scheduling meetings from emails: flawlessly, every time
Entering time from emails, with clean narratives fee earners never have to fix
Deploying and supervising AI to do both, validating every output
Deploying AI to run billing, supervised, with you accountable for every line
Year 2
Client craft
From back office to the client’s ear, under supervision.
Sending draft correspondence to clients at the direction of client directors and fee earners
Preparing engagement letters from scratch
Automating engagement letters with AI, and owning the result
Backending the onboarding process, from conflict checks to compliance, supervised by a specialist
Using our AI to learn the reasons behind every conflict check and compliance request — not just the steps
Year 3
Qualified judgment
Certified, client-facing, and supervising the machine.
Preparing first drafts of KYC and conflict-check information requests for fee earners
Drafting and sending them on your own — without upsetting clients
Deploying legal AI such as Harvey to help you do it
Becoming KYC-certified by ACAMS (CKYCA)
Deploying AI to run KYC, supervised, as the qualified human in the loop
Full ACAMS certification
The standard, not the exception
Everyone we hire is capable of this kind of progression: from administrative execution to human-in-the-loop qualified judgment, on a three-year timeline, along a ladder built for the client and industry they serve. That is the bar at selection, the point of the boot camp, and the reason an adjutrant in your team performs the way they do.
